The Utah Division of Homeland Security is holding their annual Natural Hazards Outlook Conference/CCDC on April 28, 2010, at the Airport Hilton, 5151 Wiley Post Way in Salt Lake City. We will hear from the state experts on spring flooding potential, landslide updates, dam safety issues, and the wildfire outlook for the summer.
DHS has a block of rooms for the rate of $80.00 held under the name "State of Utah Homeland Security."
The rooms are your responsibility. Please call the Airport Hilton at 801-539-1515 by March 28 to reserve your room.
There is no cost for this conference, we will be provided lunch. If you register and are unable to attend, please let Judy Watanabe know as soon as possible so DHS doesn't pay for extra lunches. Registration deadline is April 16th.
